During September 2024, led by our Quality & Conformance team, Joerns Healthcare Ltd successfully attained audit passes from NQA Certification Ltd. Confirming their ongoing compliance to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and DS EN ISO 13485:2016. This year’s audits were full and comprehensive recertifications owing to a move from Bureau Veritas to National Quality Assurance as the auditing body.

Nonetheless, for the fifth straight year, Joerns Healthcare once again achieved accreditation with zero non-conformances, highlighting our dedication to creating and maintaining quality systems and providing customers with robust, leading solutions and services in accordance with industry framework.

Joerns Healthcare continues to work in accordance with the following systems of work:

NQA Certifications:

IS0 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems
ISO 13485:2016 – Medical Devices – Quality Management Systems

A mountain of effort goes into the running of our UK business to ensure we conform to these regulatory frameworks and abide by the respective codes of conduct and required processes and procedures within.

Our continuous efforts ensure we provide our loyal customers with best quality products, backed by robust and qualified processes. Consequently, our customers can be clear in the knowledge that our day-to-day practices meet and exceed some of the most stringent industry standards.
